Hi there! I've been a LPR for the past 8 years came to the US through a K1 visa long story short my marriage didn't work out due to my ex husband being an alcoholic and abusive. After time I met my current husband, I got married again thinking this is it, had a child and purchase a home but he cheated on me. I were devastated and a few months later we decided to apply for divorce. My divorce is still pending i don't know how long is going to take could be 3 or less months more. I now my case is very unique i don't know what to expect. Being married 2 twice and applying for a citizenship can be a problem? Should i wait for my divorce to be finalized or could i apply based on 5+ year. I really appreciate any feedback!

You would apply under the 5-year rule. Your marriages and divorces don't matter (as long as the marriage you immigrated on was not fraudulent).
