Hi Everybody,
My wife and I filed for divorce last month and our divorce will only be finalized 6 months from now. And, I want to start applying for the naturalization process based on the 5-year rule.
Legally we are still married till the divorce is finalized so, should I put married and send the divorce paperwork to them or should I wait till the divorce is finalized to apply?
