  • N-400 Approval!!!

I am so happy to announce that this entire process is almost behind us as of today. That only thing that needs to occur now is the oath ceremony. It has been a long journey since 2016, but I am so grateful that we are now here! My husband can (almost) live in the country as an American!

November 29, 2022: Recommended that naturalization form to be approved; Oath Ceremony will be scheduled, & Oath Ceremony Notice was mailed

Congratulations! Such an exciting step for your family.
My husband is going for his interview this week, and we are wondering whether he needs to bring along all expired passports all the way back to childhood or only the last 1-2 expired passports. What did your husband bring to his appointed?

        Firstly, thank you!

Secondly, the only things that the immigration asked him for was an updated lease agreement, tax returns for the previous year, & proof that he tried signing up for selective reserve. However, he did bring everything else that was asked for on the interview letter, but wasn’t asked to show or resubmit them. I hope that this answers your question. More is better than not having everything!
