I did my interview couple days ago, i passed the tests and then we got to the personal interview I answered all the questions with evidence Now at the end she made me sign and she gave me the N-652 with the boxes filles

Nobody gave me a form to file up and she didn't ask me for more information

What is that mean did it happen to someone?

nothing to worry about! Usually when you get the decision can not be made its usually because its a trainee officer or another officer covering for the one that actually worked your case. Give it a few days and I bet you will get an update saying Oath Ceremony schedule has been sent!
