It is unlikely that a customs violation by your wife would have an impact on your green card or citizenship application. However, it is always best to disclose any legal issues or violations to immigration authorities as part of your application process. It is possible that the violation could be taken into consideration as part of the overall evaluation of your application, but it is not necessarily disqualifying on its own. It is always best to consult with an immigration attorney or a representative from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for specific advice on your case.
