My case has been a whirlwind. I got my congratulations paper after my interview then saw my ceremony scheduled. The next day immigration left a voicemail saying it was a glitch and a new date would be sent. But instead I got an RFE. I’ve been married since 2015 and green holder since 2017. I got my 10 year last October. I submitted an affidavit and most of what they’re noted. It I believe this hell came because I didn’t include my son’s fathers name on the birth paper, so in the rfe they asked to update it or say why he isn’t on it.
Anyway I updated but the birth paper place said there a 90 day plus delay so attached the proof/receipt. Anyone heard of this before? I rather them just sent me at this point, congratulations doesn’t mean a thing to me anymore.
