Do you get your Naturalization Certificate the day of your Oath Ceremony?

Hi, just wondering if we get the Naturalization Certificate the day of Oath Ceremony?

Also, does USCIS use the same photo we had for the greencard for the Naturalization Certificate?
My friend who got her certificate 20 years ago said USCIS used ID photos she submitted for the certificate. But given how that was 20 years ago and a lot has changed and knowing that we no longer have to submit photos for permanent resident application because USCIS take the photo themselves - I would assume that they would use the very same
photo they took during the biometrics.

I got my Certificate at the Oath Ceremony so I would assume that's the case for everybody!! They definitely used a picture they already had on file but no idea which one and sadly for me it wasnt the greatest 🤣

Omg thank you! I look horrible in my greencard photo too, i guess that’s what they’rs going to use hahaha

They take a photo when they take a fingerprint, and they asking 2 photo too.
Good question? I think my husbsnd have his photo from his photographer, so they use his photo

GC photo is the photo from their center Where do you go for the background check and fingerprint and photo.

My husbsnd have on his certificate his photo from photographer. But Sometimes they might mess up or use their photo from a center
