  • How to report a dismissed general violation (animal control)?

Hi - Wondered if anyone on the forum had a view on how to report a general violation on an n400 citizenship application. Animal control issued me with a summons/complaint for my dog biting another dog, which was later dismissed as I paid restitution (vet fees) and there were no further issues in the subsequent six months (which was a supervision period). Case status/disposition was resolved as 'dismissed'.

The questions I need to answer in regard to this incident (with what I think are the appropriate answers) are:

Have you EVER been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including any immigration official or any official of the U.S. armed forces) for any reason? Yes

Have you EVER been placed in an alternative sentencing or a rehabilitative program (for example, diversion, deferred prosecution, withheld adjudication, deferred adjudication)? Yes

Have you EVER received a suspended sentence, been placed on probation, or been paroled? No

    Thanks for your help!

Aggressive behavior in dogs can be a serious issue and should not be ignored. If a dog is biting other dogs or people on a regular basis, it is important to seek professional help from a trainer or a veterinarian to address the issue. In some cases, aggressive behavior may be a symptom of an underlying health problem, such as pain or discomfort. For example as my neighbors dog had arthritis and was very aggressive. However, they noticed from the start and got the dog arthritis treatment. So, it is important to rule out any medical issues before addressing the behavior itself.

A serious issue that needs fixing is dog aggression. Dogs who bite people or other dogs need to be treated by trained professionals, such as veterinarians or dog trainers.

If you need to report a dismissed general violation involving animal control, it's important to gather all relevant information and evidence related to the incident.

Your answers seem accurate, but consider consulting an immigration attorney for guidance to ensure clarity in reporting.

Start by contacting your local animal control or law enforcement agency and provide them with detailed information about the violation. You might also want to reach out to your local government officials to escalate the issue if necessary. Additionally, Bravecto Without Vet Prescription is a useful service if you need to get prescriptions for your pet without a vet visit, which can be especially helpful if your pet needs medical care related to the violation.
