N400 application

I am due to file my N400 in couples of week,
I need help and honest answers.
1. I am married but we moved about 6 months ago to another apartment but lease was only in my name.
2. Tax is always filled jointly
3. Health insurance is available
4. Auto insurance is available
5. Joint credit account available joint bank account in dormant.
Do you think am okay to filed using the three years marriage benefit?

Today , I made my submission online, was told no need for biometric as the old one will be re-used.

I think you’d be fine. I also made my application last month.
You can add your drivers licenses (yours and your spouse) that shows you living at the same address.
