US Born Child Passport

Hi,

I'd like to apply for US passport for my child.

I'm on H1B visa and my wife is on H4B visa. My wife does not have SSN as well as State ID/driving license.

Question is what all document are required for applying for my child.

I've my child birth certificate and child SSN number.

What are the document required to be submitted as parents.

Easy Process

You will not need anything else.

It is a very simple process. You will need to send them the original birth certificate which they will return in the mai.

I have done this several times in the past few years with no issues.
If you travel to Canada or Mexico, I would also apply for the Passport card.
