Hi, I have been trying to schedule a biometrics appointment for my parents in India for their upcoming consulate appointment, through the portal mentioned
However I am unable to login into this account using my email or password. I also tried resetting my password and the verification process is not going through. Have contacted support-India by email and phone but no response from their. If any one had the same experience or know the process to contact support please let me know. Thank you for your time.
