citizenship eligibility-plz advise

I got Gc on 8 aug 2004. left for india on sep 19 2004.
had repermit frm jan 05 to jan 07
came back on sep 21 2006 after marriage to h1b
since then in us with 2 short trips to india times 2
am i eligible for ctznship now after 4 yrs and 3 months or have to wait 6 more mnths

I guess you need to wait until you complete 4yrs 9months to apply for citizenship.
