There is unclarity about the early filing date based on the spouse's years of citizenship. It says that you can file naturalization 2 years and 9 months from your green card if your spouse is a US citizen for 3 years. But can you can file it when your spouse has been a US for 2 years and 9 months or you have to wait until your spouse's citizenship is 3 years old? Please help based on your experience and knowledge.
