I would really help if someone can help me with the following questions in the form.
2. I don’t remember if I had USCIS account, and couldn’t seem to find any information. Does it matter if I have the USCIS account and I select the option of not having or knowing USCIS Online Account Number.
3. I got a speeding ticket in 2021 for which I do not have any paperwork, All I remember is that I had to pay 190$ fine after judge said do you accept this fine or want to fight it and I accepted it. I answered Yes to this question
“Have you EVER been arrested, cited, detained, or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official for any reason, or been charged with a crime or offense, or notified that you were being investigated for a crime?”
Then I went ahead and added a crime/offense in history. Is this sufficient, do I need to provide any further details here? Do I need to get any documents from court to take for my interview.
4. Last but not the least, I got GC through my employer and have lived in USA for 5 years as PR. I need to select general provision here, correct?
- After providing your current physical and mailing address, there is a new section that asks where you lived in the past, but there is a note there that states “only list location where you are currently living …” (please see underlined below) Does this means that general people don’t have to put there current address?
