Hello everyone,
I'm in the process of filling out Form N-400 but have some questions regarding questions 15a and 15b. I have a speeding ticket for which I was issued a citation and paid a fine. I will Answer question 15b with a "YES" and explain it. However, do i also need to answer yes to question 15a since I "committed a crime for which I wasn't arrested"? or is just yes in 15b enough?
