N400 application question

Hi, I am US citizen since August 2022

My wife just received her new GC for 10 years (I-751 approval notice) and she is resident since Nov 2020

My question is, Can she apply for her N-400 now that have been resident for more of 3 years continously and is married to a US citizen?

or she goes under the rule of 5 years? since I was us resident when she applied for her GC?

No she cannot. You must also have been a citizen for three years for her to qualify under the three year rule.
