I got GC on August 8 2004. my aunt had filed for my family.
Left for India on sep 19 2004. took repermit valid from jan 05 to jan 07
got married to H1b and Came back to us on sep 22 06 and since then in us except short trips of 1 months times 2.
Please advise: Am i eligible for Ctzsip now after 4 yrs and 3 months or i have to wait 6 more months.
If I am eligible do I have to submit the tax papers or some other documents for the 2 years I was in India as I dont have them and if I am eligible then what do I write in the N 400 for the Eligibility for citizzenship ......
