    Hi folks, need help and views
    ready to file N400 application based on 5 year rule .
    issue is Continuous residency NO TRIP MORE THAN 6 MONTHS OUT OF USA .
    HERE IS MY TRAVEL HISTORY
    become resident on July 15 2019
    trips out of USA .
    1. July 25 2019 to October 10 2019

    2. October 12, 2019 to November 25, 2019

    3. November 30, 2019 to March 30, 2020 (LEFT Same day stayed 1 hour into USA )

    4 March 30, 2020 to April 20 2020 ( Left next day stayed 3 hours got into USA around 9 PM and left around 1 AM )

    5 April 21, 2020 to July 04, 2020

    6 July 10, 2020 to December 25, 2020

    7 December 29, 2020 to April 15, 2021

    Since April 2021 no long trip
    have meet the 2.5 years requirement spend 1100 days into USA till now
    PLEASE HAVE A CLOSE LOOK INTO MY TRIP 3 ,4, 5 STILL UNDER 6 MONTHS RULE .
    DID I BREAK THE CONTINUES RESIDENCY RULE
    SHOULD I BE APPROVED IF APPLY NOW

    First want to say I am not an expert but can give you my opinion.

    Those 'hours' in the US are doing some serious heavy lifting! Was the hours you used as your time in the US just at the airport?

    Personally to me it looks like your life was very much out of the US between the Oct 2019 to April 2021. Therefore if you were to do it you would need to prepare a lot of evidence to prove that your life was in the US at that time.

    Personally I would use April 2021 as my new restart date and then apply in 2025 without having the stress of overcoming continuous residency rule if they give you hard time over that period.
