N-400 Application for Naturalization with DUI

I just submitted my N-400 Application for Naturalization. I'm worrying about my criminal record though. In 2021 I was arrested for a DUI; however, my charges were deferred so I was never charged for the DUI. I was open and honest on my application. I'm worried that I'll be denied because of my "moral character" judgment. I don't technically have a DUI on my record at all because I was never charged, but I was arrested for one. Anyone else have a similar experience they can share?

I am going through the same thing if you ever read my post. You need to know that you were charged. Did they take you to the station and process you? You case was dismissed. But you will need to provide copy of the police report and court documents. I had my interview since January 2024. They haven’t taken any decisions on my case yet. And suffering because I wanna move on with my life.
