I am a US citizen trying to bring my children to USA but it's a bit complicated and I need your help
1. My children stay with my ex in Canada.
2. She try to apply for study permit for them since they went on vacation to her from Ghana ( I know about it)
3. How do I apply for them ?
4. Do they need to goback to Ghana for interview?
