    N400 Application Supporting documents

If I am applying for Naturalization on the basis of being "a lawful resident of US for at least 5 years".

I am currently married but my wife lives overseas and she has never been to US.

In this case while filing for my own naturalization, Do I need to submit my Marriage Certificate??

(please note I got married in a foreign country and that's where my marriage is registered)

Since you are not applying on the basis of marriage to a US citizen, you do not need to submit a marriage certificate for your current marriage.

However, if this is not your first marriage, then USCIS requires documentation and proof that your previous marriages have ended.
