As I'm trying to be prepare for Naturalization with the help of Immihelp as best as I can. Due to a liability issues with my company, I have to make some changes to the structure of my business entity. I will have to create a trust that owns my LLC. From my understanding I will have to set up a foreign trust. Just trying to be prepared and double checking here on immihelp if this might cause any issues with my Naturalization application !?
