Hi,
I am applying for my wife citizenship as I am a US citizen. We have been married since 1993 and she got her green card in 1994, but have lived extensively outside in Korea as I was working there. She has in the past applied for reentry permits and have stayed for almost two years since reentry permits were given up to 2 years. We have lived in the US since 10/2009, and were planning to apply now since we can apply up to 90 days in advance of continuous residence requirement which would be met in 4/2011.
I am wondering if it is too risky to apply for her now. We do have IRS transcripts for the past 3 years.
