Need info on PIO
Hi,
We are expecting our first child. Both me & my wife are from India but the baby is to be born in US. I have gone through the help but need some more info. If I am correct, the PIO status for the new born would be granted for 15 years. What happens after that? Do I need to apply for its extension & if yes, what is the process. Can somebody, also let me know what are the necessary steps I need to take after the baby is born as I need to travel back to India in 2 months time after that.
