I am eligible to apply for citizenship but, is it mandatory to include spouse citizenship information ( City / date of citizenship ) in N 400? My spouse is already a US citizen, but would not like to disclose his details.

My intent is not to hide any information. But, what are my options if my spouse is not willing to provide this information.

Why would your spouse not provide this information? Are you about to get separated? On the N-400 form, you need to answer all questions and if your spouse is a naturalized citizen, then USCIS wants to know when and where your spouse got naturalized.
