i got my green card via marriage to a citizen 4 years ago. I know that it is fine to file N-400 for neutralization 90 days before 3 years. Right now i have two questions:
1) My case is a bit difference. Because of my job, i got to travel around back and forth. I can't meet that 18 months physical presence in US at the moment.
I have calculated my days of presence. In order to have 18 months in 3 years presence, i have to stay continuously till Nov 10, 2011. Can i be benefited that 90 days, so that i can file N-400 on Aug 2011?
2) If so. For the N-400, should i complete the form under the conditions of Nov 2011, rather than the date i submit the from on Aug 2011?
