Applying for citizenship in NY Sate?
I have a couple of questions please:
1- A friend of mine informed me that I can't leave the country for 18 months once I start the application, is that true?
2- Is it better to apply now before my divorce or should I wait until after? We have been seperated for 1 year - physically living apart, but haven't filed yet. Probably will do so soon.
3- How long does the process take in NY Sate? I know that my green card process was pretty smooth and quick.
