We will be eligible to file for citizenship in March 2011. My job requires frequent travel outside the country, for a period of 1 day to 3 weeks, atleast once in 6 weeks. The Naturalization checklist on the USCIS website stated that the applicant cannot travel from the time of the application to the actual receipt of citizenship. Will business travel be considered violation of this clause? Please advise.
