    Giving up the passport

    Hey
    I have my naturalization test on Wednesday 2/16/2011 I am not sure if I have my Oath the same day ( I heard it happens sometimes).
    I want to keep my Polish citizenship do I still have to give up my Polish passport? Or it is not necessary since I want to have dual citizenship?

    During the oath ceremony you only submit your Green Card. Your Polish passport will stay with you and assuming that Poland allows dual citizenship, you will be both a US and Polish Citizen.
