Green Card with no exp. date/ Filing N-400 Form

Hi all,

this forum is great and very helpful to me! Thanks.
I just found out that my green card does not have any
expiration date and was issued in 1985.
Now my question is by filing a N-400 form for citizenship
will the USCIS reject my application because of expired
green card with no expiration date or will they process!?
Any insight would be great help.

Gc with no expiration date

My friend you are luck you have no problem, those were the days when GC has no expiration dates but things have change now. Go for your interview and get your citizenship but you have to give up your GC, anyway who needs GC after becoming a citizen.
