I recently had citizenship and naturalization interview. I was out of US for 11 months initially. After interview the officer asked for further evidence as below:
1)Provide evidence that you did not terminate your employment in US prior to your trip to India. (I have never worked in US to this date)
2)Provide evidence that you retained full access to your US abode during your trip to India
3)Provide evidence that your immediate family remained in US while you were outside of US
4)Provide evidence that you did not obtain employment while outside of US.
Please suggest for each, what kind of documents I can submit. I have never worked in US. I do not have any lease or electric bill in my name. My son is on H-1 visa and was here during that time, but my husband traveled with me to India during that time. I was housewife in India and have never worked, but what document would prove that?
Please help.
