i missed interview for naturalization

hi, i need some advices, please..

i missed interview for naturalization past week.

i'm trying to write a letter to USCIS, explaining why i missed the interview..

i have USCIS address, but i don't know whom should i write this letter to.

is there a certain department that handles problems like mine??

Or just send letter to local USCIS Office.

Get you an InfosPass appointment at your local office, so you can talk with an officer! Missing an interview without any valuable reason is bad. It may cause to deny your application!!!
