  • n400 interview scheduling teking too long

On May 26, 2011, your N400, APPLICATION FOR NATURALIZATION was placed in line for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a written notice with a time and place for your interview. Please check the website for further updates on your case. Why is it taking too long. I'm at the Los Angeles area.

It's been a month; hence, I would wait for a week or two and if you do not receive anything by then, schedule an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office and talk to an officer in person. Good luck!

Did you get your fingerprint appointment yet? If so I would do what nwctzn said but if you didnt then i would wait longer. I sent my N-400 in mid September and didnt get my fp appointment until December after that I waited a month for my interview letter.
      Good luck

Ok so your 5 year is not for another week. I heard somewhere (dont know if its true or not) that if you use the 90 days rule before 5 years they will wait with sending you a letter with the interview date until you hit that 5 year anniversary so I would wait another couple of weeks and then make an info pass and see what is going on.
Wish you luck and hope you will get your interview soon!
