i have been an immigrant since i was 14y/0, i am now 29 y/0 i did not file for citzenship because during that time i was still studying in my home country a i did not meet the criteria of lenght of stay, since 2006nov i have stayed here and i havent had an absence of more than 6 months,I filed my N400 march 2011,based on the 4 year and 1 day rule of USCIS for persons i the same situation as I am..Is it possile or has it happened that they have accepted application and schedule you for fingerprint but in the end they fail you because you did not meet required lenght of stay?

I think it is a 90 day rule. You can apply for naturalization 90 days before your 5 years anniversary provided you completed your continues present in the US (married to a US citizen 3.5 years only). 2 months is too long according to other blogs that I read. I'm not sure about Texas you might want to check USCIS.gov website and see what their processing time is. You can also schedule an info pass. I will wait for 2 more week then I will apply for infopass. Good luck! Post your timelines once you got your interview set.
