Hi Ifiled for naturalization in may, 20th, 2011 and I still do not get a fingerprint letter appointment. I sent an e request to USCIS but still do not get any answer. I live in Louisiana . I just want to know if it is normal. anyone filing in louisiana and hyaving the same problem. thank you
