Please help..My dad is in the middle and don't know if they pass or fail him!!!!!
My dad just got back from the interview this morning and this is his second time of interviewing. The first time they failed him because they said he pass the written and reading part, but his English was not good enough so they gave him a second chance to retest the U.S. History question even though he answer 7 question 6 were right, and only 1 wrong.
Today he went to the second interview, he passed all 6 question smoothly, but she still say he doesn't pass because his English wasn't good enough to pass the test even though he answer all the question correct.
On the paper they checked off "USCIS will send you a written decision" and "A decision cannot yet be made"
They didn't check at the box that say "you have fail the second and final test, and you will not be reschedule for another test"
What is that mean, he's so worry and frustrated because he doesn't know is they fail him or they will give him another chance because he passed all the writing, reading, and U.S history question, it was just she ask him a random question and he could not understand.
