i am 20 year old born and brought up in india as my mother and father annulled their marriage when my mother was on conditional green card and my father a us citizen,will i get us passport for me without help from my father as we are not on talking terms

Was your birth certified with the US consulate? This would prove that you have a US citizen as your father. I would suggest that you consult with an immigration lawyer regarding this matter.

i am born in india and i have indian birth certificate and my mom says that for getting birth certificate from us consulate they require father's consent and his passport copies as well as an affidavit for his stay in usa before my birth whereas my father is not in contact with me and i dont think i can get all these as we do not know his address or telephone number .he had sponsored my mother when he married my mother and she had temporary green card till she came back to india .kindly let me know whether i can approach the embassy in this regards or not

It cannot hurt to schedule an appointment at the embassy/consulate and discuss your issue with them. They might give you some pointers how to solve this. Best of luck and please keep us posted how it went.
