help with parents petition

I will turn 21 on may and my parents and sister been here illegally since 1999. They have no criminal record, my dad was deported i think 1997 but he came back. they are all here with no visas. when i turn 21 i want to help them with their legal status. i heard about a 10 year ban since they been here illegaly, but also of a Cancellation of Removal. my parents maintain a household as well as pay for my university because my income is low. if they were to leave the US i wouldnt be able to maintain the house bills or pay for school is there a way for them to not have to leave the US?
