Indian citizen to US citizen and back to Indian citizen

Hi, My friend originally Indian citizen lived in US for 15 years and got US citizenship. Now they are settled in India based on OCI card and they feel its better to get back to Indian citizenship as they have all adjusted to life there. How to again get back to Indian citizenship? Both husband and wife were born in India.
