  • Oath Scheduling

On Nov 7 I had my interview. I was given an N652 stating that I will receive a decision in the mail.

On Nov 16 USCIS send me a message that My application has been placed in the oath scheduling que.

    My question are:

Does the message from USCIS stating that my application has been placed in the oath que mean that my application has been approved?

How long does it take to get the oath letter after application has been approved?

Are there any further checks done by USCIS after application has been approved and prior to scheduling the oath?

    Yes, you have been approved.

How long it takes to receive oath letter, depends on how long the scheduling que is: from days to months.

The Oath Ceremony date will depend on the local USCIS office and its schedules.
