I was interview for naturalization on Nov 7, 2011 & received N-652 saying that I passed the tests of English & US history/government as well as my application has been recommended for approval. However, I haven't received any letter to let me know that my application was approved or something until now. I checked my case status thru uscis website & find out my case still in "testing and interview" status. Is this normal at all? What should I do now? Thanks for your kindly response.

They told me "hopefully, you will receive the letter for oath ceremony in 60 days" since the ceremony is scheduled every 2 months at my local court house & the most recent ceremony was held on Nov 18, 2011. However, I called 1-800 number this morning and received nothing different from what I found from "check my case status" in USCIS website. She read every single words from there. Not helpful at all. She also told me to wait for up to 90 days after the interview for my case to be processed. I feel more overwhelmed now because I'm planning to go oversea after ceremony but I get stuck in here with no clue when I'm scheduled for oath ceremony. Anyway, thanks for your promptly response to this matter.

misdop ... As long as the officer told u that your application was approved, then dont worry, you will get your OL soon..you just have to wait...we all waited months and months in these kind of applications
regarding the status on the website...never mind it..it is not accurate in most cases...

Thank you so much for the support I've received from everyone. Hope we all make it soon. Btw, I also found a website which shows the oath ceremony schedule in my area (Wichita, KS) and I think it will work for everyone by searching "US district court of... (your state)" in google, it will send you to the official website of your local court, click on "court info" then "natualization". All of the dates for oath ceremony will be listed in there for 2011. Since the ceremony is not held in my local court anymore so I go to the website of the place assigned for ceremony & check under "calendar of events" to find the schedule of ceremony for this year & next year too.... Hope this help!
