Got my citizenship, question on OCI

Hi everyone, new member here.

I got my Naturalization certificate on Friday last week and now I am in the process of applying for US Passport.

After that I am going to apply to have my Indian citizenship renounced. Is it better to apply for OCI at the same time? We are planning to travel to India in November next year. Can I apply for my OCI when I am in Delhi?

You have to apply here as you don't live in India.
