I received my green card in june 17th 2007. When is my 90 days up to begin filing? Is there a calendar to check your eligibility?
Also there is section that mandates that you list where you have worked. I was and still a student and working...do i list both school and work or just either one?

If i were to list my employment history dating back 5 years in 2012, it wont equal 5 years or does it matter( i.e i began working in the dc govt from apr 2007 to 2008 dec, and transfered to another dc govt agency from dec 2008 till now). How do i fill out this section without lying?

You can google "USCIS date calculator" which brings you to the 90 day calculator:

Remember that you must use the date on your greencard which says "Resident Since" and put in your 5 year anniversary in 2012.

You can list both your work and school addresses even if the dates overlap. There is no problem in that.

There is no requirement that your work duration is 5 years. You could be unemployed and still apply. Employment is not a basis for naturalization. So fill in all your work and school information for the past 5 years truthfully, even if the dates overlap or if there are gaps. These do not matter. What matters is that you fill in all information correctly and truthfully. The rules are: Never lie to immigration! Provide all correct information!
