N400- Employer address

Hi

I am filling my N400 form. There is a section which asks for the employer name and address.
I worked at the location of the client. The address of my employer and the location where I physically worked from are different ( they are in different states as well)

Which address should I provide in this section. Can I provide the headquarters address of my employer. Will it cause a problem since my residence and employer address are in different states.

Should I give the employer headquartes address and add an addendum giving the client address as well.

Please suggest.

This should be no problem. Write down the employer headquarter address. When going to your interview, take a letter from your employer stating that you do not work at the headquarter but instead you reside at your home state and that you take trips to the clients' states. You can show that letter to the officer in case this issue comes up. In my case, the officer did not ask anything although my employer's address was in a different address as well. However, I had a letter from my employer with me just in case.
