Time outside US

I have been to Canada couple of times for 2 days each time. As it says to mention every trip more than 24 hrs, I guess I need to report it. The problem is I do not remember the exact dates, and there is no record for me to refer back to like passport etc. What should I do?

Did you make a land crossing? If you cannot get the exact dates make your best guess and indicate it on a separate sheet of paper. Since these are short trips USCIS will most likely not be critical if you do not have the exact dates.
