Few questions before I apply

I am soon about to apply for for Naturalization. I have carefully read all the instructions, however many people seem to make some mistakes in their application process, therefore I am trying to avoid them. I have some questions regarding the application process and I will appreciate all answers.

1. Does it matter if the N-400 form is printed on black/white or colour printer ?
2. Do I have to write down my e-mail address or phone number on the N-400 form ?
3. What is the exact $ amount of the check to be send ?

The fee for N-400 is $595. Include a $85 biometric fee for a total of $680. Applicants 75 years of age or older need not pay the biometric fee.
