I filled for my citizenship on 5-26-2011
I was arrested on 01-25-2004 for grand theft
Find out I was in removal proceedings due to the arrest
7-1-2011 received a letter for interview from USCIS
three weeks later received a letter stating interview was cancel due to unforeseen circumstances
call the National Customer Service I was informed
Systems show you have a hearing set on 10/12/11 before the Immigration Judge who has now jurisdiction over your case..
Went to see the Immigration Judge case was Order on Motion Terminated so i was ok
Thank you God
I sent the local office a letter with a copy the judge order on Motion Terminated
for Interview Reschedule
Still have not heard anything please give me some input
Question do you think i should filled again?
I Called two days ago they tell me my application is actively being processed
it also most a year

Anybody with past experiences please help

Since they told your application is being processed, why do you want to file again? It might unnecessarily lengthen the process. It is best to wait.
