Hi,
I am about to file my N400 and I have a question regarding an outstanding Tax situation.
I filed a tax extension back in 2009 and never filed the actual tax return. I realized this recently and I am working with an accountant to clean this up.
In the meantime, I had a couple of letters from the IRS notifying me of this situation.
In the N400 application, it's mentioned that the applicant should include any correspondance with the IRS regarding any late/non tax filing. Does this still hold even if I am getting this resolved before the interview?
Thanks!
