Most common mistakes when filling out n400?

I would like to learn from past mistakes which are common when filling out n400. Would anyone would like to share them?

Many do not sign the form and some do not fill the check correctly. They write DHS on the check where is should have been Department of Homeland Security. And many make mistakes on the dates (during their travel and where they resided). It is safe to have to instructions nearby while filling the form.
