  • N400 Form Employer Section 6B question

I worked as a full time employee for a company for the last 6 years. Also I have my own company (S corp) for the last 5 years and the address is same as my home address. I have taken w2 (minimum amount) from my own company since I work as part and have some income from consulting business.

Besides my full time job, should I list my company Name (s-corp.) also? Should I list my home address as my company address? What should I write for the occupation column?

    Any help would be appreciated

It appeas like you have worked full time for an external employer and have been receiving W-2 all along. And occassionally putting in some hours thru your own company and getting a W-2 as well. Since the section calls for the last 5 years history, in the first line enter the name of the company where you have worked full time. And in line 2 enter your own company and you may mention (part time) in parentheses. The time periods will be the same 5 years for both lines. You said the address of your company is the same as your home address and so that would be the address you mention.

Occupation column --> What ever you do. Eg: Software Consultant.

      Thanks Raju

I have one more question. I have pulled my driving record from DMV site. I have one of the ticket (not obeying stopsign) with disposition as "Bond Forfeiture". Is this something bad on my application. I paid my fine on time. Not sure why it is showing up on my record.

I have 3 tickets ( 2 speeding and not obeying stop sign) with disposition as "plead guilty", bond forfeiture and nolo contendere. I paid all the fine which are less then $500 and on time..

Do I have to answer "YES" to the question D 16 and list all my citations?

      Thanks
